    I can't access my profile, achievements etc on X-Box.com. Is there a problem with the site?

    Update: I've tried Internet Explorer and it works fine. It just seems to be Chrome that has the problem.

    There is nothing going on, its clearly only you having issues, as no one else has posted in the last week.

    I am using chrome without issues.

    I can't access my profile.

    It is now showing 'loading' where my gamertag should be and no gamerpic. I'm completely out of ideas.

    It's not just you and clearing cookies and cache doesn't correct it. It also started happening right after Patch Tuesday (11/11) when there was an update to IE. I've completely reset IE 11 by going to Internet Options, Advanced tab, and clicked Reset. Same
    issue. It won't let me sign out either, just drops me back to the main xbox page even though it does sign me out of outlook.com, etc. FYI, if you're using Win 8.x it's technically impossible to
    completely sign out of your MS account because OneDrive is always syncing in the background. You can disconnect to your MS account from within Win 8.x but that's an unnecessary hassle to go through for just one website since you'll have to go through
    the whole verification process to sign back in when it doesn't correct the error. Which it doesn't as I've got the same problem on my laptop.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps."

    To be fair, there are some games that you can play in offline mode? At least the server outage wont last for super long!
