    I can't access my profile or friends on xbox one


    Whenever I click on my profile or a friend from the friends app on xbox one, a circle keeps spinning. I can't join parties, look at messages and even look at my own profile. I'm not sure if this is related to the xbox live service alert because it said only
    the 360 is affected. Any help would be appreciated.

    I can't access friends or recent players on my Xbox One, smart glass, or on the website from my laptop.

    Cant access my friends list or my profile. Can you please patch this in an update?

    I can not access my friends list or my profile on my Xbox One at random times. The friends list says We cant show your friends right now when I click on it. When I click on my profile it says Try again soon. Not sure what happened there. (0x87c40000).
    Can you please make an update that fixes this bug/glitch?

    Hard reset the console and reset your router has worked for me in the past hold power button for 6-8 secs

    We understand you would like to know if there's anything you can do about your friend in Xbox appearing offline although his actually online from his end.

    In all honesty, with you located in Germany and your friend in Turkey is the most likely cause of this issue. In a perfect world if both of you had very good Internet connections and all network settings are correct in both your Xbox consoles you still had to consider the distance between the two of you and the game servers.

    The time it takes for data to travel back and forth among those three locations can be what is causing this issue of yours. So, there's likely nothing you can do about this issue at this point.
