    I can't access my privacy and online safety on xbox or website need help!?


    when I go to privacy and online safety it tells me there's a temporary problem with the service please try again. I've been try to access this for a week now and still the same result. I even went to xbox.com and it told the there was a glitch in the system
    and I checked other websites for the same problem but still nothing. If there is any way on fixing this problem please let me know it would help a lot thank you.

    Hey there,

    Instructions to change your privacy and online settings can be found here. Make sure all of the appropriate options relating to Alphajax
    and its gameplay functions are allowed.

    Heads up that the account you're posting on is a free member and cannot access online multiplayer itself without a Gold membership.

    You can access your Online Safety Settings on various devices. Here's how to access them on the web:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.
    Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).
    Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. There are two ways you can access these settings, either through an Xbox console or on the account website. On the console go to settings>account>privacy and online safety then Xbox live privacy.

    On the PC sign into the
    account website    . Om the top you will see Privacy click that. Here is a guide also for

    changing privacy settings    .
