Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. I can’t acces my old account and email and I’m now paying for something I can’t use

How can I cancel it without signing into that account????

The only way to cancel it from Xbox's end would be to have access to the account.

If you cannot access the account then the only other way to stop the charges would be to have your bank block any future charges.

Also the new profile isn’t attached to my old account so I can’t access any history or ea sports or fallout 😖

Can you please further explain? What rules? Why would it be no longer Usable?
