    I can't access my Minecraft account


    Hi, I have recently changed my primary alias (and deleted the old one) on my Microsoft account and since then I can't access Minecraft via my Microsoft account. Problem is, I have bought Minecraft using the old alias which I have deleted. Do I have to buy another copy? I can't access my Minecraft account :(

    It didn't work. I followed your steps but the game still doesn't recognise my new alias.

    I got an error message at the bottom of the launcher saying "Oh no! Something went wrong and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services."

    I clicked "Try Again" and it didn't work.

    Got it! Have you tried reinstalling the game? You can also check your phone, open the Settings app. Tap Privacy. Permission manager. Make sure that Minecraft permission is set to allow.

    If you have added a new alias to your Microsoft account and deleted the old one, you only need to use the new alias on the launcher, try uninstalling the launcher, log out the Xbox app and Microsoft store app, then restart the Pc and log back on both apps before reinstalling the launcher
