I can't access my gamertag :(

    I can't access my gamertag :(


    I'm using an Xbox 360. When I turned it on yesterday, it asked me to sign in again, my password was incorrect so I reset it. Then I was able to sign in but it connects my account to a different gamertag. I just want to be able to sign in to my gamer tag,
    but the support online is telling me that both gamertags are associated with that email address. I've tried deleting and re-downloading the profiles, we've tried managing the account online in multiple browsers, and the support team had me reset the password
    and clear the cache on the xbox, nothing works! Anyone been through this before or have any ideas on what to try? I spent 4 hours and upwards dealing with this yesterday, they have escalated the issue but are telling me it could take at least a week.

    Can't access facebook

    I used to have facebook signed on my last gamertag. Now I have a new gamertag and I can't access my facebook account through my new gamertag!!

    I can't even access the forums with my normal gamertag anymore. Am not surprised others are having problems

    If you have two email addresses associated with one gamertag then there is a major issue going on with your account. That is not supposed to happen at all. The only way that the issue is going to get resolved is through the support's escalation they put
    through for you. It may take some time to get the issue fixed but that is how it has to be done. There is nothing you can do to your account that will be able to fix it at this point, only thing you can do is wait.

    Hi there,

    you can try moving that unwanted gamertag to another Microsoft Account to see if that will result in you having access again to your gamertag.

    But since Xbox Support did escalate the issue, my advise is to wait for there response, because if you try to do something now it may result in breaking things Xbox Support is trying to fix.

    Saved game gone

    But I thought my progress is saved on the cloud under my gamertag....? She plays on HER gamertag. She signs out of the game. We have been doing this for 6 mo this no issues. Now all of a sudden, I can't access my file. It has to be there but I can't even
    find a way to see my cloud on my xbox.

    Changing email address issue

    I have the exact same problem with my gamertag, I'm just using this dummy gamertag to access xbox.com and talking about my problem since I can't access it with my main gamertag.





    With my main GT, I can't access my billing info, download anything even free stuff, redeem codes, can't access xbox.com and I did talk to the support and they told me that my main gamertag doesn't exist!!





    Even my friends said that thru xbox.com when they click on my GT they get an error, from what I understood the gamertag can not be seen via xbox.com but people can still add me, compare games, send me msgs..etc on the console only.





    I talked to the support yesterday and they said we cant do anything, the Advocacy team will contact me later. But I know after looking into the forums and knowing that this is a totally new issue in XBL after this year's dash update MS doesn't know how to
    solve this problem. The can't even find my gamertag..





    The gamertag's email didn't fully moved to the new email.





    Proof? when I try to recover/download my profile I tried using the old email and the new email, both let me download my gamertag, but the first email stops at %1 downloading then it gives an error "can not download profiles ATM"





    That means it still has my gamertag linked to it, but now I'm logged in on xbox live with the 2nd new email..





    Seriously what's going on...

    i really know my windows live id that is associated with my gamertag , but i can't use it because it has been deleted, not because i forgot it or forgot my password or any thing like that, and because my windows live id has been deleted, i then can't access
