    I can’t access my friends or see my profile on my Xbox one app on my phone.


    It says I need to change something in my privacy settings but I’ve checked everything and I don’t seem to be able to figure out what’s stopping me from using it. If anyone could help I’d surely appreciate it. Thank you.

    It’s happening to me and other people too. It seems to be an issue on Microsoft’s end, theirs been a lot of other issues the past month too. Hopefully it all gets fixed soon!

    (Edit I think all I did was check that my wifi on my 360 was working)

    No error. It just wouldn’t let me login to Xbox live. Even after I changed the password. My problem now is that I can't access any profiles on the console. When I look at the storage it says there are no profiles but the storage is full.

    I have a profile (had) on Xbox 360 and I have the app on my phone. My phone has a different profile. I thought they used different emails but when I download my profile to the Xbox it’s the username I used for the app not the one on the Xbox. So, I don’t know. It’s not recognizing my original profile that I set up when I got the Xbox. Which is the only profile with Xbox live.
