I can't access my friends games through gameshare.

I can't access my friend's games through gameshare. It tells me I have to buy a game that he Already has when I should be able to access it. I can't remove the home xbox and switch it again because xbox made it to where I can only gameshare 5 times before I have to wait another year to gameshare. It isn't fair and there shouldn't be a limit to how many times I gameshare. The only reason why I don't have any is because xbox kept having errors and it wasted a gameshare attempt. I tried to play multiplayer in cod too and it didn't work because I didn't have the full thing and my friend did. I tried to reach out to Microsoft and Activision but they don't have specific things to help you with. Please do better with helping people out.

The Home setting is only recommended to be used on your own console so people using your console in your own home can access everything and so you can access your purchases while offline, not to commit marketplace theft. If you and your friend shared account information to access the Home setting on each other's accounts, that violates the code of conduct and can put you both at risk for being banned.

I gameshare with a friend and have been since the release of Destiny 2. Ive had no issues with season pass in Year 1 or Year 2 (Forsaken). Shadowkeep as a dlc is working fine through gameshare, but I don't have access to the season pass content. It's not
clear as to why this is or what has changed from previous releases.

Gamesharing with strangers is a MISTAKE, you might get scammed and lose access to your account, you also might get banned when you gameshare with people from different countries, Gamesharing is meant to be with friends and family.

Game Pass ins’t working for me right now. The problem is that I had bought a month suscription for gamepass, one day to another my suscription started malfunctioning, Im in a gamesharing xbox home treat with
my friend and he can play games that are included in the gamepass and I cant. Any suggestions? (My friend hasn’t bought any kind of suscription) (The xbox game pass code was a gift for buying some promo cans of gears 5)

You can't gameshare with a friend, is against terms of use.

Just as of recent - i'm getting the same error. I gameshare with a friend of mine and she's able to get into my account using her controller - why can't I use my controller to get into my account anymore? I can't even play any games!
