I can't access my conection settings

hello since yesterday my console xbox one refuses to connect to the internet but the problem does not come from my conection because I can use the internet on other device like my xbx360 and when I want go in my conection parameter an error message appears: for more info please check xbox.com blabla
is the code is 0x90070490 but I can't find it in xbox.com/erorhelp.

Can't access my Account settings

A new security update is out and I can't sign into my XBL account without verifying my original email address. This is an issue because I made that email address specifically for the XBL account and the only way i can retrieve that is through the account
settings which I can't access until I verify the email address I can't remember. I'm planning on buying an xbox one after christmas and will want to carry my account over from my 360 but I need this sorted before hand because it's how i watch netflix and now

Hey ZVen AzBrow! Does the console connect with a wired connection at all? To get to the connection settings, you may want to try a

power cycle of the console to see if that helps. If you continue to see issues, you may need to preform a

factory reset (we suggest starting with the Keep my Games & Apps option) as well. Post back and let us know how it goes!

It's working for me now. I disabled my wireless conection, signed in while offline then i set up the conection again and I was still logged but now online... playing battlefield.

Certain TVs don't support different resolution settings my tv has the same problem

This will reset your resolution settings. After that you can try and change it from settings.

First, totally power down your Xbox One by holding the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds. Don’t just tap it; hold the button down.
Next, turn it back on by holding both the disc eject and power buttons for a good 10-20 seconds. This bit is key: don’t release the buttons when you see the Xbox One light come on; instead, continue holding the buttons until you hear
a second chime. Also, just keep an eye on your TV screen/monitor — hold those buttons down until you see the green Xbox One start screen.
