    I can't access my account as it has been hacked with both the email address and password...


    I am unable to follow any of the access account tips as the email address that my account is linked to has been changed and microsoft does not recognise the email address or the phone number.

    What is doubly frustrating is that my children can still access their attached family accounts and play games on the xbox. If I cant locate this account their accounts will slowly become unusable as they grow up.

    I am beyond frustration with the online guides and would really value speaking to a human being and going through the process with them.

    Is this possible?

    my account has been hacked and purchased 6000 MS points, they changed my password but i'm glad i had a backup email which is not hotmail that they couldn't access and i reset the password, whats even more strange is that i checked on xbox.com, and they used
    it on a new console (theres a new console ID which shouldn't exist on my account!), has MS's security been breached or what???? and its also a 126.com email address which hacked my account, i noticed in my email inbox they added their email to my windows
    live account, how the F**K did they do that?????

    I want an official response rather than phone customer support and they question me like i've done wrong????

    If you know both is it wanting you to verify the email address as a valid email?

    Or

    Have you forgotten the password for the account and when trying to recover the account it wants to verify ownership by sending an email to the email address that was hacked?
