i bought a new Xbox one gear of wars ultimate edition. I can't find the code anywhere. Can someone please give us access?

Bought digital ultimate edition, can't download Halo Wars 1 Definitive Edition on PC

I bought the digital ultimate edition version of Halo Wars 2 but I can't access Halo Wars 1 Definitive Edition on PC - the Windows 10 store says I do not own it:

I can access the game on my xbox but not through Windows

Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Code

I purchased my copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition a bit over two weeks ago and still have not received my game code. Can't access all the side items, including the Halo Wars Definitive Edition yet.

There should be a card with a code for the game in the box the console came in. If not, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the console from for an exchange.

I can see on your
Xbox.com profile that you were recently able to unlock achievements in Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. Were you able to find your code? If not, as Smwutches said, the game code would be found alongside the other promotional paperwork inside the box. Please
make sure you look through all the papers carefully and if the code is still missing, you will want to return to the retailer for further assistance.

If you play the Ultimate Edition before the end of this year, you'll have access to the whole Gears collection for free on Xbox One.

You must have played Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition before December 31st to receive the previous Gears titles.

The case is, I bought the Gears of War ultimate edition Xbox Bundle, on the games website it says that I would have total access to the Gears of War collection for The 360. I couldn't find the games anywhere on my Xbox one, I already finished the Ultimate
edition, and I would like to play the 360 Gears. Support told me I need To be in invited to be able to play those games. Is that really necessary? if the amount of invites is limited why Microsoft is selling these bundles? Here's the page of the game:
