    i am alrleady owning gamepass ultimate but i cant access in xbox app as it says me to buy one more its still working but cant access on app i reinstalled the app too!

    Hi TitanGamer1, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the subscription is active.

    To do so, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and from there make sure that you're seeing the subscription as active.

    And then on your Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App sign out and then restart before signing back in.

    Unfortunately you didn't read my question. Gamepass ultimate give your account gold membership on 360, I'm well aware I cant downloaded games via gamepass but I know for a fact I get gold access.

    but i cant play my ea access games either...

    Can't get Gamepass Ultimate!

    Same here. Money was deducted from my account even after that message saying something wrong on our end showed up and still cant access gamepass anything.

    You pay for early access. If they run out then good on you, you got the game where some cant. That's what your paying for. It's also to make the gamepass people feel more special
