    I can't access Game Pass on Xbox One


    Hello. I am trying to gain access to the free Game Pass trial on Xbox One. When I choose the free trial option, a loading screen comes up and then it just keeps on loading, and loading, and loading forever. Nothing happens. Any help will be most appreciated.

    Hi!

    I have valid Gold Account and Game pass on my Xbox One, but I can't access the Minecraft. Is any problem with the Mojang?

    Unfortunately the Hungarian Support in Budapest can't be accessed. They are very-very weak.

    Season Pass DLC wouldnt Transfer to Xbox one from 360

    Same here, Says I own the season pass in xbox store and it's installed but can't access anything in game

    Hi Alexander!

    Thanks for bringing this up to our attention. We will be glad to further assist with this, by any chance have you attempted to subscribe through our website online? If so did you receive any error messages or codes?

    I recommend to clear the consoles MAC address on the Xbox One so it will clear the systems cache.

    To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

    • Go toSettings
    • Select Network > Network Settings
    • Select the Advanced Settings
    • Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
    • Select clear and restart

    No. I have set Home to my account. But for one, I can't access Game Pass Ultimate since it says the "join" option instead of the download option. And also, I can't access the sales or free games. So this is confusing me. Should I talk with an Xbox Employee
    later, because if that was the case, I would still have access to Game Pass Ult. till June.
