I can't access EA Play after subscribing to Ultimate Xbox Game Pass

I am incredibly disappointed with Microsoft. I subscribed to the Ultimate Xbox Game Pass largely because it advertised to include the EA Play subscription, as seen on the following images:

(I am Brazilian, but the Brazilian version of these websites says the very same thing.)

Now, trough an extremely annoying series of link after link, I find my way to having to download the EA Play app. It is further specified here that the ultimate game pass works with said app ONLY, and NOT Origin:

Alright, I downloaded it. As I try to activate my EA Play subscription... Surprise! I can't. Here's the message I got:





Translating(you can check with google translate if you don't believe me):

"Soon: Subscription Registration

The registration for the EA Play subscription is not available for EA Desktop in your location. The good news is that you can get your signature in Origin.com"

Obviously the origin link doesn't work as stated above, it requires you to buy a different subscription.

I was promised an EA Play subscription, in very clear terms. I wasn't promised a "soon" or a "maybe". This is malicious advertising, and is unacceptable. From what I looked online, other people are having the same issue. I can't find anywhere to open a formal ticket, and I can't contact support by phone, either(It doesn't work, unsurprisingly). Can Microsoft simply get away with such blatant false advertising?

I am hoping I can get a solution. If not, I can very easily sue Microsoft for violating consumer rights in my country, which do not allow anything like this. I'm sorry if this isn't the correct place to write such a problem, but, again, I couldn't find an option to open a support ticket.
