I can't access any doors within the game.

May I ask which game this is? Also, I have here step that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Anyone noticed the patio door is bugged and can't be opened with the key?

There are 3 doors into the house but in my game it is impossible to open the patio door from the outside, It says I need the key but I have the key

Alright, so doing that did something. I can access my Privacy, Family and Account settings on the console now, but I still can't access any game page nor download the games within the Twisted Pixel Bundle.

I've checked my billing and payment options, and they're fine. I've removed older/expired payment options, but that didn't seem to do anything.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.
