    Hi! Are you trying to access the Microsoft Store via your Xbox One? If yes, then you should perform a hard reset/power cycle as mentioned. Besides that you can also browse the Microsoft Store via web (
    Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices ) or the app on your Windows 10 device.
