    I can't acces my old xbox live account


    When I played on my xbox years back I played on an xbox live account with the name stefer007. Since then it's been a long time since I played and the xbox live gold membership kept running. Earlier this year the xbox 360 I always played on broke and got
    taken out of the house together with the id.

    I wanted to acces the email linked to the account but I forgot the password so I tried to reset it but it stated I didn't have enough information about myself to let me change the password. I don't have the id of my xbox anymore but i'd still like to change
    the password of that email.

    If I were to buy an xbox one and if I wanted to use the old xbox live account I had would I need the email it's linked to or is the email not necesary? If I don't need it then it's fine but if I do could you possibly help me recover the account or the email?

    Hello everybody, i want know how to link my mail. i created my xbox live account with (@live.com) for change with @outlook.es for delete the old mail account.

    I saw in help of microsoft for xbox. it say, for the change of account should go to account security for add an new "alias" or mail for acces, but i can't add the other account. @outlook.es.

    Hello , so i bought an used xbox one from my friend , he has few digital games as well . Even though he deleted his account I can still play digital games after making my own account .
    So my question is If he bought a new console and makes that xbox his home acc . Will my xbox will be deactivated or any
    Problem i can face? Plzz tell me iam worried that if he ever removes his home acc from my console what are the things that will happen to my Xbox?

    I'm having the same problem. Except I created a new twitch acc to match my xbox live name and now I can't log out of my old won't. It starts to log me out and then it's like nope, your ***!!!!!

    Same deal. Won't allow old offline profile for live (email error). Created this account to play online but still can't get to the redeem code screen, says creat an acc. Wtf Xbox people? Ya took my money, wasted my time and it looks like this is something

    Yes, I think there is a way: your husband can create a new xbox Account (Acc) on the xbox. If he use his new Acc on the xbox and you the old Acc on the Pc you can both use the same copie at the same time
