i cant acces my game i recently bought

so i bought 7 days to die last week and i opted to leave the preview program because i had trouble with the party chat from time to time so today i had the resetto the current version of xbox and when i wanted to start my game it told me that i need to insert
a disc or buy it online but i bought it online ive reseted my xbox twice and unistalled the game and now the game isnt even shown in the ready to install section what to do now please

Can I download purchesed game in my acc on new xbox 360 if i bought game throught my old xbox 360 in my acc ??

Hi guys i whant to know, if i bought a game through my xbox 360 and if i broke it or it glicht, then i bought new or repaired old one, and everything is deleted nothing is in my storage, then i go in my acc, can i still download game that i bought in my
old xbox 360 from my acc ?? please reply me i realy whant to know, 'cause iam realy corious that i can buy game and if my xbox 360 brokes and i cant download it again !!! I realy hope that i can download my game from another xbox 360 in my acc

Xbox account trouble

I recently started playing b ops 1 again with my friends, however I would like to play on my 4 year old acc but it acts as if someone changed the email on the acc and I cant do anything about it. says there was no profile with the account but I know for
a fact that was the email I created the acc with

 

I've heard that if you buy a game whilst in the preview the only way to play it is to stay within the preview or your have to wait, not sure it's true but a few people are saying once they re joined the preview they were able to play the game again

At the moment any digital content bought while in the preview program is only playable on a console in the preview program

You'll have to wait until the next update is released to the public before you can play your game or try & rejoin.

The next update should be released to everyone sometime in August but that's not conformed.

You can try & rejoin the preview but it's not guaranteed you'd get back in.

 

Oh well i guess ill have to rehoin the program then cant wait that long to play again or is a refund posseble so i can rebuy the game and possebly have it working like that?

 

You could contact support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us & ask but I doubt you'll get a refund as you agreed to the terms of the preview program when you joined.

I'd contact them & ask,nothing to lose really.
