I can't able to sign in in minecraft

This error message usually occurs when there is a problem with your Xbox Live account or when there is an issue with the Xbox Live service. Here are some steps that you can follow to resolve this issue:



1. Check the Xbox Live service status: Before proceeding with any troubleshooting steps, it's important to check the Xbox Live service status. You can do this by visiting the Xbox Live Status page (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status) and checking if there are any service alerts or issues. If there are any issues, you may need to wait until the service is restored.



2. Let's proceed repairing the application and the same time resetting the application. To do this, follow these steps:



- Press the Windows key and look for Settings

- Go to Apps

- Select Installed Application or Apps and features

- Search the application you use to launch the game
-Select Advanced option
-Click Terminate
-Click Repair
-Reset



4. Open Microsoft Store app and logout & login with same account on Microsoft Store, Now Open Xbox App or the application you use to launch the game.

6. We need to restart the gaming services and also check if it's running in Automatic or Manual.

- Right click the Windows icon that you can see on the bottom
- Select Run
- Type services.msc
- Look for these following services below:

1. ID helper
2. Xbox live Auth Manager
3. Xbox live Game Save
4. Xbox live Networking Service
5. Gaming Services

Then right click each of the services that was listed. Select Properties, find Startup type and set it to Automatic. Then select Start to start the service and click Apply and Ok to apply the changes.

Please check for typos or case sensitivity. Make sure that there are no accidental spaces, special characters, or typos in your email or password. If you’re copying and pasting, try typing it out manually.

And then try logging in via the website by visiting https://www.minecraft.net/en-us and log in with the same email and password.

If you can log into the website successfully, the problem might be with the Launcher itself.

Next is to clear Minecraft launcher cache because a corrupted cache files can cause login issues. To do this, close the Minecraft Launcher completely.

Navigate to the Launcher settings (on your PC) and delete the cache files.

Relaunch and try signing in again.

Then update Minecraft Launcher because an outdated launcher can cause login errors too. Open your Microsoft Store or Mojang website and check if there’s an update for the Launcher. Install the latest version and retry signing in.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps,kindly reset your Microsoft account password.

Please go to the password reset page: https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx and follow the steps given for password reset.

Once reset, log into Minecraft Launcher with the new password.

Hi I have the exact same problem where my Xbox account name says one thing and says I have paid for Minecraft but when I click on th manage profile button it takes me to a different Minecraft account where is says that I do not have Minecraft java edition and so can't play it. The only reason I was able to play on that pc was because it automatically signed me in when I sign in on another device using the email address used for my Minecraft account it takes me to the profile without Minecraft on it.
