I cannt pay Xbox GOLD membership. help!!

As there are outstanding transactions, we need to process outstanding transactions and continue to use Xbox subscriptions.

However, only "credit card" or "debit card" is displayed as a choice of payment method. I canceled the credit card I had before, so I can not pay the money with this. As a test, I tried using "prepaid credit card", but I could not pay. Is there a way to
enter Xbox Gold membership code?

im haveing problem with my xbox live membership i pay for my membership but it still showing i have a free member but i dont have free membership i pay for 3 mouth gold membership they got the money but they did not up date my my membership on my profile
it showing gray not gold prosoe to show gold b cuze i pay my gamertag is ikillallyouguys i want xbox live people to fix it now

You won't be able to use a prepaid card until you pay off the balance you owe. You would have to add a new credit/debit card first and pay off the balance.

Thanks to you I understand that there is no other way than paying with credit cards or debit cards. I canceled the credit card agreement that I had before, but I borrow and pay the card from my family. Thank you for your reply.

Also I should state that I don't pay for the yearly subscription for Xbox Live Gold, I pay for 3 month Gold. So technically I would be paying a pretty penny to pay for Xbox Live Gold and monthly membership for ESO yearly.

Obviously you know not of the large abundance of free games and heavy discounts for their $50 a year membership. Pays for itself. Where as gold I pay for. Not saying I care about paying for gold but I have a + membership and a gold membership and if we're
going to talk about bang for buck and deals and perks for paying for their service its pretty night and day.
