I cannot view my Xbox 360 Games under Refine results in My Games on my Profile

Hello to whom it may concern,

I really like that I can view my Xbox One games and PC games under Refine Results under My Games in my profile on the official Xbox page,

however, I cannot view my Xbox 360 games in refine results , i have a lot and would like to view them from time to time without going through the long list on my Xbox 360, shouldn't there be a third option to view them? it is frustrating, it should be there
as it gives us ease of access to view what we have among other things. Please can you help me by making it work ? or fix the problem ? See attached photo for reference:

As this is an older thread, it would be best to create a new thread detailing your issue. However, the website has not been updated to include the 360 download history.

Hello There.

I am very sorry that you are having this issue with not being able to play your Xbox 360 Games. First off, You have to make sure that Xbox 360 title is Backwards Compatible. With this Link you
can see all the backwards compatible. If this title for the Xbox 360 is not backwards compatible, you will unforucately not be able to play that game. If this title is indeed Backwards Compatible. Try Power Cycling your Xbox Console. Information on how to
do this is with this Link. If this does not help you. Please go to http://www.support.xbox.com and
speak with a representative on your problem.

hi there, thanks for your reply, I do not own a Xbox One, this feature helped many of us on the Xbox.com official page on the computer. it is a key feature, that part of the website needs to be fixed, as for my purchase history I cannot see my games with
gold free games i have accumulated over the years. Please see attached image i cannot see this page this is for the games with gold subscription purchase history

hi there, I do not own an xbox one, the point is it is a problem and many others are experiencing it. It was a key function and helped everyone, I own those games and I should be able to manage them regardless if they backwards compatible or not. that
part of the website needs to be fixed. I cannot view my download history under my orders page either , all i can see are my digital purchases i bought and my subscription fee's over the years but not my games with gold games. Thanks for your response i really

Hello,you may have to sign in on the 360 virtual dashboard via your Xbox one console to do this,or sign into your account via Microsoft and view your download history,iv also included a help page to do with 360 dashboard, hope this helps.
