I cannot view My Profil

Discus and support I cannot view My Profil in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; If I click on My Profile it says That didn't work Sorry, give it another try but I don't understand why because I am able to play online multiplayer...     If I click on My Profile it says That didn't work Sorry, give it another try but I don't understand why because I am able to play online multiplayer still

    Hello, I am an Ambassador, however when i try to log in now to view my profile it says i have been through a name change, hence my profile cannot be accessed. Can someone help please

    Xbox not letting me talk to my friend

    I need help for my problem. I cannot unmute my friend on xbox and we can no longer communicate. When I hit unmute, it just stays the same. When I view his full profile and hit unmute it changes until I view the profile again. How can we communicate and fix

    opponent profile

    You cannot view an opponents Alphajax stats. You can view their Xbox LIVE profile, though. Here on Xbox.com, choose "Social" then "Friends" from the top menu. You can search for and view another gamers profile from there.

    Xbox 360 Slim, Can not sign into my live account at all.

    I have had the same problem. Cannot log in AT ALL. Cannot view my achievements, or send messages, and although it says I'm online, my profile is completely blank. Made the mistake of trying to delete and recover my profile. Well, now my profile won't
    recover, so I can't play any games at all.

    Customer service is of no help. I am sick and tired of dealing with this pathetic excuse of a company. Trading in my 360 tomorrow if this isn't fixed, and buying a PS4.

    Xbox one showcase not working, and rewind/play and pause features missing for clips.

    I have, verbatim, the same issues. Additionally, when attempting to view my own videos on the Activity Feed 90% of my clips stop as if they failed to load. I cannot delete old clips in the Captures tab of my profile, either.
