Discus and support I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; okay that does nothing except put me into the dashboard preview program I don't want to be on that.     I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.


    okay that does nothing except put me into the dashboard preview program I don't want to be on that. I want to report a problem with my dashboard not go onto a preview program. this is really getting frustrating.

  2. I'm not sure it's worth bothering with reporting on the console.

    It's either that you don't have high enough speed or possibly that the dashboard has loaded more than your speed can handle

    my speed has nothing to do with it. Because of that was the case, I would have never been able to watch them all the time before that. I want to report this because this broke my system. isn't there any to Xbox technical support people that monitor these
    forums? I'm not getting anywhere from these ambassadors that think thy know what it's going on but have no clue???!

    thank you, but I've already tried that. I tried the chat, and I've also tried using Twitter. I got no response from either. And that's the only options I have available to contact Xbox support. It seems on Twitter they can reply to everybody else but yet
    not respond my request. I spent two hours this morning on Twitter trying to get some help and not one response from them at all. It's almost like they know that my system is *** and it's their fault and yet they won't support it.

    Just to note, the phone and chat options are only available while Support is working.

    To me, it sounds like you may want to try a factory reset, but if you do that you will have to reinstall all games and apps stored on your internal hard drive, so I would recommend moving everything to an external hard drive if possible.

    No, unfortunately you can't go back to the old dashboard, but the factory reset may help with some of the general speed issues you are getting. Watching other people's clips may be affected by your connection, but watching your own shouldn't. It shouldn't
    take any longer to boot, in fact, it should be faster. The factory reset will do a clean install of the operating system, and it sounds like you had some issues with the update the first time, so that's why I recommended the factory reset.

    You can also check to see if there's an update available, and if there is, it may fix some of the issues you're facing. In Settings, go to System, then Console info & updates. If there is one available, it will say Update now.

    Any general suggestions that you have for improving the New Xbox One Experience will get the best results at

    I'm only sharing the info made available to us.

    I assume you have the correct ports forwarded or are running via DMZ so perhaps test being wired vs wireless

    Here is something to keep in mind....you're barely above the min requirements

    Since all the changes the support page remains the same but look at the HD vid requirements

    I'd suggest to have a good experience, you should consider going up to at least a 20Mbs down and 1Mbs up speed

    In addition to the above suggested hard reset, I would suggest also checking the Xbox Live status when you are facing these problems. Sometimes these features are affected by core/social status issues.
