I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.

Since the last update we just got a couple days ago, I have not been able to view game clips on the Xbox one dashboard. I had no problem viewing them before, now it's almost impossible to watch any of them. It is like watching a slideshow with 1 frame
every few seconds or so and then sometimes it just freezes right up and then shows it right at the end. I can hear the audio. This is doing this with every single one of game clip I tried to watch whether it be my own or somebody else's. Is there any way to
go back to the old or dashboard? also it really takes a long time to boot up then normal. I don't know if those two issues are related. But since they are with the latest update I would assume they are.

Showcasr Issue

For the longest time now, it appears my showcase is bugged. I can only view the latest screenshot. I had several clips in there as well, but cannot see them. Taken all suggestions posted in other threads, but to no avail.

 

Upload Studio/ Game DVR Help!

After the latest update (the April Update) all of the recorded clips have no audio. I have seen other clips Xbox's Upload app that have the same problem.

-There is not a way to revert back to the old dashboard

-Have you tried a hard reset (Holding down the xbox logo on the console until the system shuts off)?

In addition to the above suggested hard reset, I would suggest also checking the Xbox Live status when you are facing these problems. Sometimes these features are affected by core/social status issues.

I did all the troubleshooting steps necessary. and there is no way I can still view any game clips. This is definitely an issue with the update. As I have never had problems before.

What is your download and upload speeds in Mbs?

What is the packet loss %?

What is the NAT type?

hi, thanks for the response.I just checked my network stats and here yhey are.

DL Speed : 5.11mbps ( fluctuates as the last time I checked before I got this new update, it was 4.68.)

Latency: 118ms ( last time it was 139ms )

UL Speed: 0.82mbps ( last time was 0.28ms )

Packet Loss: 0% ( last time was 2% )

MTU: 1480 ( same last time)

NAT : always OPEN

I usually keep track of those settings, from the time to time, and they usually don't change by much. and as you see the present settings, compared to last month or so prior to getting the update. not much of a change. If anything it seems like it's better.
and the video game clips still play like a slideshow. So I know it's the update that caused it. This is frustrating because I use this feature all the time.

Here is something to keep in mind....you're barely above the min requirements

Since all the changes the support page remains the same but look at the HD vid requirements

I'd suggest to have a good experience, you should consider going up to at least a 20Mbs down and 1Mbs up speed

 

yeah but I never had this problem prior to the update. I've always been able to watch the videos with no problem. Now since this update I can't watch any of them at all. So obviously its not on my end. this update probably got corrupted on my system.

I assume you have the correct ports forwarded or are running via DMZ so perhaps test being wired vs wireless

 

yes I do, and also it's always been wired it's never been wireless.

 

There should be an option to report the issue if you hold the home button on your controller. Click report, and then chose the option for video.

okay I found the report a problem option. But when I click on it it tells me that I'm doing the preview dashboard and it needs an update . I'm not doing the preview dashboard program. it doesn't say anything about reporting any problem it just wants me to
update the preview program. please help
