I CANNOT use the free trial of destiny~! (need microsoft help)

It said trial expired, so I removed my profile, reset my xb1 tried to redownload it and it won't let me says trial expired....

my email [Mod Removed] need someone at microsoft to reset my destiny trial as it will not let me even download the trial now says expired when i try to

a while ago I bought the iron wolf dlc without having the game, then I got the free trial, when I launch destiny I’m in free trial mode with the iron wolf extension, but I bought the collection pack which includes the base game, I uninstalled destiny and
reinstalled it, but I’m still in free trial mode. Idk what to do.

You can get a free month trial when you first start your account.

If you do not use the free trial then you can not use it later.

Sorry to hear about the download issue, could you post a screenshot of the error you are getting? That will help us a lot!

 

If his is like mine there is no error. My install got stopped at 100% and would not finish, so I uninstalled it and now when I try and DL the trial it says "Trial Expired" in grayed out letters and won't let me DL it again.

 

Azoxy i went over to bungies forums and posted on there and now everything is fixed

I THINK bungie can fix it not microsoft since now it works perfectly after i posted over there at there help forum

i recommend u go to there forums cuz now everything works fine

microsoft should also talk to bungie about this an get this straighten out
