I cannot turn my volume up or down

Discus and support I cannot turn my volume up or down in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I tried with using my Alexa on my TV it says it's turning up the volume but it doesn't.     I cannot turn my volume up or down


    I tried with using my Alexa on my TV it says it's turning up the volume but it doesn't. I also tried with my elite series 2 controller but that won't work either i have set up my TV provider and it says it's all set and should be working but nonthing works can anybody help me please. Also I'm on alpha skip ahead if that helps.

    What would you want the next Xbox to have games or features?

    Volume control for each person. Too Quiet? Turn up their volume. Too Loud? Turn it down. Everyone should have a individual volume level.

    Hello!

    Have you tried turning down the headset volume in the volume mixer? My headphones use to cut out as well, turning the volume down solved the issue. If the headset only cuts out in one game, maybe try to turn down the volume in said game. If this doesn't work
