    i cannot submit a case review


    i am signed in with my adult profile which is linked to my sons gamertag. I am trying to submit a case review to get his suspenstion lifted but all i see is this:

    Child accounts cannot submit Case Review inquiries. To submit a Case Review for a child account, the associated parent must sign in. To see your Microsoft account family, visit

    Cannot submit case review

    Since the suspension is only 24 hours it is not eligible for a review because the review would make longer than the suspension. The reasoning behind the suspension should still be listed on the enforcement site though.

    Hi,

    I just received a mail that my son's account is banned for about 24 hrs. I am wondering why, so I want to submit a case review. On the Enforcement-page there is no option to do so. The page reports I should login as a parent, but I already am.

    Anyone can help?

    ENFORCEMENT TEAM REPLY PLEASE

    The Enforcement Team does not post here on the forums. The only way to get in contact with them is to submit a case review, if you're eligible.

    Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and see if you're eligible for a case review.
    I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
    me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.
