I cannot start my R6 game

We understand that you can't start playing the game R6 that you used to play. As per description, you are getting a pop up asking you to buy the game when you own it already.

Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. Have you check if the account you used to login is the one you use to buy the game?
   
2. Do you mind sending a screenshot of the error message you got, if any?
   
3. May we confirm what Xbox console are you using?
   

These above questions would help us provide the necessary information. Once we have gathered all the information, we will formulate the viable solution to help you with your case.

Normally this issue can happen if you have multiple accounts or if you are not logged in with the account that you used to purchase the game. You can try logging in with the account that you used to purchase the game and see if it helps.

Specific issues with players within R6 can be reported to Ubisoft. Ubisoft will then take action. Due to privacy, they cannot let you know what their verdict is. But reporting players for breaking rules within R6 can be reported to ubisoft and will receive
punishment by ubisoft. Problem is, the R6 community is too toxic with too many trolls roaming about. Ubi cannot keep up.

R6, GTA V And I started indies albums

I did spot that, however, its not just limited to GTA. I also cannot re-download Steep, R6 or BF1
