    I cannot sign in


    The Minecraft app isn’t letting me sign in on my iOS phone

    I’ve deleted the app because it also isn’t letting me into marketplace or to customise my character.

    So I’ve deleted it and when I try to sign in it doesn’t work. I’m also trying to use my XBox for minecraft and I can’t do anything it keeps saying that my storage is full when I have over 500 GB Free it doesn’t let me do anything on my Xbox doesn’t let me play any worlds or anything

    Cannot sign in but I am signed in and cannot sign out!!

    all you need to do is reset you router, and use an alternative browser :D

    Hi Aaliyah, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    On your iOS device, may I ask what is the exact error that you're getting?

    Also, on your Xbox console, you can simply perform a powercycle to fix this.
