Will home console doesn't apply to pcs it's a console exclusive

HOWEVER your daughter can play it on her pc if you redeem it on your account but youe account has to be signed in on the Xbox app on her pc

This means you cannot be signed in anywhere else including your console or pc

Just to check, are you currently signed into the Xbox App on your Win10 PC with the profile that you're trying to use to play FH4?

I would try signing into the Xbox App on PC first and then launching the game. If you're already signed in, try signing out of the Xbox App and then back into the app; followed by trying to launch the game.

I sometimes have long loading times in FH4 on PC after I have been playing the game on my Xbox One console, but nothing as severe as what you have described. I do know that you cannot be signed into the same account and playing FH4 on the Xbox One console
at the same time you're trying to sign in on PC.

I'd say give that a try and see if it helps!

Oh yeah and I cannot access the Xbox app on PC. No matter how many accounts I create I cannot sign into the Xbox PC app only on my Phone. Again... the PC is shadow banned somewhere.

Yes it can't be shared however to download the game he must sign into the profile with gamepass and then download the game when done he MUST sign into his account on the xbox app not the PC

SO DONOT sign out of the pc just the xbox app
