    I cannot sign in to Wordament from my iPad


    I've been playing it for years and lately I've been getting messages that I cannot connect to it. Doesn't give me any reason. Two days later I can connect again. Today, now, I cannot connect. Anyone else have that prob?

    Wordament on iPad

    Lately I've had issues trying to play Wordament on my iPad. It will connect as "guest", even after using my login. The error "connecting to XBox failed. Something went wrong". Well, duh!

    I have experienced the same problem on my Android cellphone. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to login.

    My iPad runs 10.3.2, and my Galaxy S5 runs Android 6.0.1.

    I did clear the cache on my S5, which didn't help.

    Is there any other way to connect reliably?

    Can't sign into Wordament with Win 8.1 phone.

    Quite suddenly I lost ability to sign onto Wordament on Lumia 925 Win 8.1 phone. I can sign on only as guest. I am signed onto Xbox Live on the phone and can play other Xbox games on the phone. I can also play Wordament fine on my PC. I have soft reset
    phone and reinstalled Wordament to no avail. Thanks.

    Interestingly I found that i can play Wordament on my PC but not on my iPad
    They have released a fix last week for different platforms, but the iOS version still has issues and they are still working on it as of their last update.

    Hi CyberSpero;

    For the past few weeks I have had to sign in every time I click on Wordament. It directs me to troubleshoot (or sign on as guest). When I trouble shoot, it says: Unable to connect to Xbox.com, followed by a couple of paragraphs about how to put things
    right. It assumes I'm on my phone (which I'm not - it's an iPad). When I contact Xbox it recognizes me by my gamer tag. I don't see an icon for Xbox on the iPad, so I may have removed it by accident, although I don't think I did - but since it recognizes
    me, I must still have the account???

    Hope you can make sense of this!
