I cannot sign in to my xbox360 account

I cannot sign on to my xbox 360 account - I get error messages that are invalid. I can sign on to xbox one and microsoft but not xbox 360 to play live online games. Also, I noticed that on xbox.com they changed my gamertag which initially chosen by them
- so it's not a violation issue, it's very strange that after months and months I cannot access my account. why - help please

It may be that Xbox 360 is not supported any more and thus has bugs like this, or perhaps you should check if you are connected to the internet. For more assistance, contact support at this link:

I was getting this same error message, until I logged into my account the computer.

I checked my connection to the network and it was good.

My xbox360 between network is goo, network between internet is good, and internet between xbox live is good. I still can't sign in with my account into xbox live.

I know you cannot sign into the account in two different places at the same time. I am saying the account is LOCKED on my xbox, and I cannot sign into live but I am allowed to sign into the account. I can sign on other xbox live accounts just fine. I dunno
why the account was locked, but it would be nice if it was unlocked?
