I cannot sign in to my Xbox 360

So after a while I had come back to play my Xbox 360 and it asked me to give my email and password to allow them to check and update the security on my profile, but when I gave the email it said it was wrong. This had happend to me on my xbox one two days
ago and I fixed it my making a second profile for the accound, but when I tried it here it said my account did not exist. But I can sign in on the computer just fine.

While browsing for an answer another forum question said it was because thay had two-step verification, but I don't so what is the problem?

Very frustrated!

I can't sign up for Xbox live on my 360. I ha e a Microsoft account, but cannot use that email to sign up on the 360. What do I do?

Microsoft do not fully delete any old information for 30 days, so you wont be able to sign in to your Microsoft account with your new info for 30 days. The waiting time is to deter hackers from updating your security info and gaining access to your account
without your knowledge. Sorry.

 

Just MAKE SURE that your two-step verification is turned off and try to re-download your profile.

Fixed this issue before with the same way, so hope it helps.

 

I had alredy done both of these things before posting this thread but I did try again and it did not work

 

Patience is a virtue, also have you tried to clear the system cache? settings system storage hovor over HDD hit Y clear system cache, hit yes
