I cannot sign in to my account on Xbox 360 but I can on other devices

I almost got there. I signed into my son's account on my ipad and was asked to accept the new terms when clicking on xbox settings. After accepting it says to finish your parent needs to sign in and accept terms, when i click next I then sign in as me but
it reverts back to my son's account. When I completely sign out and sign in as me, clicking on xbox settings does not bring up the new terms to agree. This is so ridiculous and a complete waste of money as the new terms have been since June so that's five
months of being unable to use xbox live! Does anyone have any ideas what to do or how I contact xbox to get help??

When googling the problem some people have had success by accepting the new terms online rather than on their xbox but I can't find anywhere to accept the new terms even though The new terms are on there.

My son can sign in to his account fine. When he is playing Fifa 16 and he wants to access xbox live it says the parent needs to accept the new terms. When I put in my email and password it says it is wrong. When I try to sign in to my profile it says error
8015D003 but all details I am entering are correct.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. You got my hopes up there! Unfortunately it is still coming up with error code 8015D003. I have generated a couple of app passwords to try and its the same problem each time. Any other thoughts?

I finally spoke to someone at Xbox and the problem was sorted by re-setting my microsoft password! Nit changing it but re-setting it.
