I cannot sign in on my Xbox One or Xbox Live. [Mod Removed - see Guidelines]

I am immediately logged out every time I try to sign in, and this issue didn't start until today's update. Also, my Xbox tells me it can't connect to my wi-fi network, but my phone and my laptop are running it just fine, so clearly the network is not the
issue. What the actual [Mod Removed - see Guidelines] was in today's update?

Before you ask:

1. Yes, I have restarted the console.

2. Yes, I have restarted the router.

3. I would try to remove my account and add it again, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to without a network connection.

I just want an actual person to talk to, because the Support section of this website doesn't accurately describe the issue I'm having and therefore offers no solution to it.

Appreciate the suggestion, and I unplugged the console for about five minutes, but that did not fix the problem.

Try removing the cache from your Xbox One by disconnecting the power cable for 30 seconds, reconnect it and try to log in. If the problem persists, you should contact the customer service support: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/?xr=shellnav

Happened to me last night, I had to remove the network I was connected to, turn off my Xbox for 5 minutes and then set it up again.

Give it a try, might work for you too.

Hello Sentinel,

Thanks for keeping us updated. Did you go through all of the steps on the link provided to you by Amber? It has much more troubleshooting after unplugging your network hardware.

Aside from that, you can also try connecting your console to a different network to see if you get different results. If you have a hotspot, try connecting to that.

One Network Connection Error Solution a try as it will give you the exact troubleshooting for the message you're getting on your console. As your other devices are running fine on your network, this indicates that there may be something happening to or
blocking your console from connecting to it.

If you'd prefer to troubleshoot over the phone or chat with an Xbox Support advocate, then you may do so by
trying this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.
