I Cannot Sign In my Xbox, No error message

So It started one day I was playing gears 5, kept getting an error message saying "Can't connect to gears of war services"

So i kept trying to figure it out, then i hit up tech support, they ran me through the drill

hard reset system or a power cycle

Clean cache,

Factory reset

nothing, so then i fully factory reset thinking i can just redownload stuff,

NOW i can't sign into xbox at all, everytime i hit add it bring's me to a screen with a skinny loading circle, then goes to a thicker gray loading circle

Takes a minute, then goes right back to the add option in the menu.

this has been going on for 3 days now. and nobody has an answer for it.

My microsoft account is not a child account but it still has the same "error message" when I sign in with a child account. (I'm saying error message as in "you cannot play realms because of how your microsoft account
is set up")

well ive recently changed my password to my windows live account, When i try to download my profile on my xbox says that

xbox live profiles cannot be downloaded right now, but the thing is it displays a message on the bottom of the screen (when i cancel that error message) saying: 4 friends online

but I havent really signed in, the bar usually gets halfway through download my profile then cuts off and displays error message

There is no error message. I have auto sign in on for Xbox Live and whenever i turn my Xbox on it automatically has me disconnected from live so i click connect and it says cannot connect to Xbox live so i test the connection. When i test the connection
everything runs completely fine and there is no problems, but i have to do this every time i sign in.
