I cannot sign in my Xbox account without having a password

Talked with "Ambassador". I was sent to my Microsoft PC account via a website link. Then the Ambassador abandoned me with the "follow link directions" statement. PC account does not have a record of my Xbox account. I cannot get the PC to notice my Xbox
account. Why? Because I don't have the password for the Xbox account! Of course, without my Xbox account password, I cannot login to the Xbox account on the PC to fix the password. I am now quite unhappy.

PROBLEM ONE: I cannot sign in this particular Xbox to enable 'remember password'...It is enabled on my other Xbox but when I ask it (tell it, stare at it, get angry with it, then touch it) to enable profile to be signed in with or without a password on another
console I am told there are no other consoles?

It's my brothers account. I have both accounts on my Xbox and my Xbox is set as the home xbox, yet i cannot access any gold benefits (games with gold, multiplayer) without having my brother's account signed in.

Hummm ok, I don't have an authentication app....and I don't want to turn off passwords for me email account. I'm just trying to figure out if I can sign into my Xbox account without having to use the password.

don't have enough information on the form. I don't know much more than the address and my location. i have this microsoft account that i'm posting from that has a unused gamertag associated with it. is there a way to get my 6 year gamertag on this account?
I cannot log on to my account details and system settings on my xbox obviously.
