I cannot sign-in into any of my games on Windows 10

Discus and support I cannot sign-in into any of my games on Windows 10 in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; All of my games show up on the Xbox Console Companion.     I cannot sign-in into any of my games on Windows 10


    All of my games show up on the Xbox Console Companion. However, when I try to play any of them on my Windows 10 computer, I cannot sign-in into Xbox. This is happening on 2 different computers. I assume there is something wrong with my account that I cannot
    figure out. Please let me know if you know anything about this issue.

    Are you behind a vpn per chance? Possibly one configured for the whole network?

    My Xbox games do not show up if I login through the Xbox account when using a browser. However, the do show up if I use the Xbox Console Companion. App.

    The first thing to.do.is to check your reputation on Xbox live.

    If all there is ok we can try to understand what's going on. But this is the first important steps before all.
    When I go to the link provided, it is in Italian which I do not speak. I have never posted any offensive comments online so I should not have that probelem.

    Sorry to hear it. Please make sure that you're signed into the proper account on the companion app. Also, make sure there are no pending updates to the PC or games and that your PC meets the minimum specs for each game
    I'm signed into the proper accounts. I can sign in other MS games but I cannot on anything that is associated with Xbox on either computer.
