Discus and support I cannot share game clips with Companion App in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I cannot share game clips.     I cannot share game clips with Companion App


    I cannot share game clips. As the notification pops up after trying to share any game clip it gives this notice: "You Can't Share Game Clips - There might be a problem with the service or it could be
    because of your pricacy settings or past behavior. To check your privacy settings, to to Xbox.com"

    I've reviewed the entire Xbox.com webiste and cannot chnge any setting to resolve
    this issue. Please advise how I can solve this popup that is stopping me from sharing game clips or pictures from the Xbox companion App. I was never a bad gamer when playing using my gamertag.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with clips on the companion app. Here is a guide for

    edit and share clips on Windows 10    .

    Note In March of 2020 the option to upload images and game clips from the Xbox Console Companion (Beta) app was permanently removed. You’ll need to upload images and game clips from the non-beta version of the Xbox Console Companion
    app.

    You can download the video clip using the Xbox app companion or xbox mobile app and upload it to youtube or something, when clicking on Share button you can select the option to Download it

    I understand you need help in checking your captures from the console companion app.

    Just to verify, you always check your captures or clips when pressing Windows+alt+G, is that correct? Because that is actually through the game bar but not on the console companion app. You can share your game clips using the game bar and game bar will not be removed from your PC or shut down.
