    I cannot set my home xbox.


    Here's what happened: Battlefield V says I'm a trial user. I'm using a friend's Gamepass Ultimate, so I should have EA Play.(UFC 4 works, so I know I do.)

    I decided to factory reset my xbox and keep my games and apps.(I saw while looking for a fix to my first problem that Microsoft suggested this.)

    It's done resetting. I put my account on. I currently don't have Gamepass Ult. My friend puts his account back on, and goes to make my Xbox his home Xbox. When he clicks the button that says "Make this my home Xbox" with a checkbox next to it it just loads and loads. It stops loading and the box doesn't have a check. There's no error screen. There is no prompt of any other sort. Just takes me back to the checkbox button.

    This is an Xbox One S, if that matters.

    Also, if I can get a fix to the first problem there, please? Thank you.

    I can confirm that it is still NOT fixed yet. The issue still persists. Not sure why it’s working for some users and not for others. Still getting the same loading loop when ticking the box.

    Yes 100percent it was a glitch with Microsoft which they have now sorted thankfully.
