I cannot send or get friend requests

I cannot add or send out friend requests at all. i have 93 friends and when i try add people it states i have a full friends list.. (93 friends....) i do not have 100 friends. but it says i do. it all started 3 days ago when my console started lagging, i
didnt mean to block my friend but i did from it. when i tried to re add him it just sat there pending and we both couldnt get them. so we gave up that day. The next morning i tried adding him again and it said i had a full friends list. so i deleted 3 people
and tried then. Still the same message (you have a full list.) so i tried xbox.com and it yet again still told me i have a full list When i can see i have 95 friends online. so today i deleted 3 people and got a request from someone and accepted it then deleted
1 more and tried again still nothing. i have talked to support for 3 days now. with no luck. my only thoughts is its a problem between my profile on the 360 and the one. All i know is i dont care about this issue if you can just add 2 accounts back on my account
thats all i want. PLEASE HELP ME.

Just logged in my profile gave my son profile all the rights, saved, rebooted, and still have the same problem. Does anyone have any other suggestions. I will be calling the customer service telephone number next if cannot find an answer on this forum.

As it stands right now a lot of people are facing this issue, and I am hoping that it will be raised soon for technicians to fix this issue, throughout the past week other members have been reporting similar or the same problems, and sadly the only thing
we can do is sit this out and wait for them to fix server side issues or for the problem to correct itself, I am also having the same problem

This was posted on March 30, and here I am on July 4th and I can't add nor send friend requests. I have no hope that they'll be fixing this anytime soon.
