I cannot send messages, because of a "Try again in a little while. We can't send this ...

I cannot send messages, because of a "Try again in a little while. We can't send this right now" error message, and nobody I contact(two people by chat, and another two by phone) can tell me anything about it. I am not suspended, banned, never have been,
never will be. I am not doing anything wrong, nor do I have any intention of starting. All I want is for the people who play the private matches I invent to be able to feel welcome to come back anytime if they so chose... But I can't make that dream a reality
if my messaging system is seemingly randomly turning off on me every other day for 6+ hours, like it has been for the last few weeks... I need to know what that error message means, and if it is only a problem of an account being only able to send X amount
of messages in X amount of time, then I am pleading with you guys to give my account a boost in in quantity of number of messages that I can send in a certain time-frame. Again I just really want to make it clear that I'm not doing anything wrong! I'm not
an advertisement spammer. I'm not a link spammer. I'm not a jerk, or abusive, nor a user of profanity in any way, shape, or form, and am proud to be able to say all of those things, by the way!!! I'm just really sick and tired of having my messaging system
shut down when I'm in the middle of having conversations! It surely makes people feel bad, if it appears as though I just drop a conversation with someone, when my account still online, and they know that I can see the messages they are sending me, without
me sending anything back. Not to mention it makes me look and feel really bad at the same time...

I need answers here guys!! Please help me ASAP!! I apologize if I seem assertive, but I am really stressing over this when it happens...

why are we constantly getting

"Sorry, we can't send this message right now. Try again in a while." while trying to contact other players for matchmaking.

Seriously what is wrong with microsoft.

This happens regularly...really frustrating.

If this keeps up it will be PS4 world.

Hey, everyone.

I have a reoccurring issue with the Xbox One site in particular. It is not uncommon for me to get "Sorry, we can't send this message right now. Try again in a while." error message when trying to send an Xbox message on the site.

I know that there is a cap, however I do not think that applies here, since I can still send messages on my Xbox One without anything going wrong. Please also note that I've gotten this error after sending my first message of the day (last message sent was
19 hours before, and I only sent one message during that gaming session).

I prefer to send messages on my laptop, since I can type much faster on it rather than clicking the letters in on my Xbox.

If I could receive any insight as to what is causing this error, or ways to prevent it in the future, I would greatly accept it.

Yes, there is a limit for messages sent daily, however the cap isn't known. Once you hit it, you receive the message exactly as you stated. We are unable to change that amount, however I do suggest that you look into talking over social media if it gets
to that point.

You are always more than welcome to post up on the
Feedback site your suggestion for raising the limit. This would be the best place to get your voice heard on that front.

Why wouldn't they just tell us what the limit is?

 

Microsoft employees will give you little to no information about anything.

They are like cops that arrest you but wont ell you what law you broke.
