    Hello everyone,

    I've never been able to send messages or reply on my Xbox account and I don't know why. Usually, it says something like "messaging does not work with your account" etc., but today when someone random called me a "tryhard" I was trying to reply with a "?"
    and then an error message popped up saying "Because of your past behavior you can no longer send messages". I've never even been able to send messages so no one could've reported anything and I've never done anything wrong, inappropriate, etc. I need help!
    Why could I never send messages and what did I do wrong?!

    cant send messages

    so I looked up on why I cant send messages. my rep is good and my privacy says I can send messages. its been four months and I still cannot send messages. I have no idea why, can someone please help me?
