I cannot see Netflix's movies

I can get Netflix category in 4k and play the movies but cannot even see the category for Amazon. The movies from Amazon appear to be upscaled but that is not satisfactory. My Roku 4 stomps it when played at the same time. Hopefully we will see a fix soon.

Problem still happens, and the Netflix app does also not respect when I set Kinect not to respond to voice commands after this update. The problem is, the app reacts to people speaking in the movies, in random ways I cannot describe.

Is this viewing size reduction specific to Netflix or does it also occur in other apps?

Does the main Netflix menu (where you select shows or movies to watch) appear in full screen?

Can you give me a couple of the series (and episodes) or movies you are trying to watch so I can see if the same thing happens for me as well?

Because my tv set Samsung is not so new and doesn't decode Dolby Atmos that is the reason for which I bought the XBOX ONE X to install the Netflix app in Xbox and to take out the Dolby Atmos from Xbox in Onkyo amplituner.

Now, when I open the Netflix app on Xbox I can see which movie has or not the sound in Dolby Atmos. This feature can't see directly on Netflix app on Samsung because tv set Samsung is an old version and doesn't have eARC.

Now, like I said ALL the GAMES and ALL the movie (Netflix) played on XBOX are in Dolby Atmos , no matter that they are or not in that sound format. THIS IS THE "PROBLEM".

Ok got it I am currently testing to see if my Xbox lives through a netflix movie and if it works I will post the steps here. This only for Ubee modems.
