I cannot save my Fallout 3 game

That's weird, since other games are being saved. Would you please test your Xbox connection just to make sure?

Press the Xbox button > Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings. Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.

You need your NAT type to be Open. You also want to be sure there are no errors such as Double NAT detected or UPnP not successful displayed.

Yes it will. I did the same thing. I had vanilla Fallout 3 a while back but lost it somewhere while I was moving. I went out today to buy Fallout 3 Game of The Year Edition and I was able to continue from my last save back when I had vanilla Fallout 3. It's
the exact same game really. The only difference is you get all of the DLC on a seperate disc.

I am not aware of ANY way to "revert to a previous save" in fable 2 or 3 - without violating the X-Box TOS - (will not explain that here) you only get 1 save per character) This is not like Skrym, or Fallout - you cannot make multiple save points same character.

I could be wrong here - however on fast travel - such as going to new area - it automatically saves - thus if person re-loaded said save it would be at point of falling. There is never a save from previous points in the game.

Fable 1 YES - Fable 2, and 3 NO -

If you play connected to xbox live you game data will automatically be saved to the cloud. Important to note that the cloud is used only to save game data not the game itself.

Example: if you are playing Fallout 4 on your console and save your game and go to another console with Fallout 4 installed you can sign in with your xbox live profile and play from where you left off on the previous console. But you cannot save Fallout
4 the game to the cloud to play on both consoles without installing it onto there hard drives.

My fallout 3 goty quit reading. I was able to eventually get around this however My saves are corrupted so i will have to re-remake a new character 38+hours. Although I own the goty edition discs, I cannot get the operation anchorage dlc to load. It shows
i own it in the store, but will not show up in my games and apps or in the game. Actually got excited to play games for once, then this ruined it for me. Thank you.
