Xbox One extended service plan

Can't find original receipt, but I do have the serial number registered to my name and Xbox Live account. The guy on the phone from MS said it's only eligible for the first 30 days after purchase... :/

cannot register my device

cannot register my device, getting error "Cannot register right now please try latter". I tried to register on page of registraing and Warranty faq of support page. Nor I can connect to chat as field to add name and emailid is disabled. What a lacky site
and features is provided by Microsoft. Regretting bying XBOX 1 from day one. Due to microsoft support system.

Do you mean as a gamertag or as your actual name for billing purposes?

If you just mean as a gamertag, that tag is already taken. You won't be able to use it unless the original owner changes their tag.

If you've tried on Sign in to your Microsoft account and it won't let you, you may have to contact support then and speak to billing to see if it's something they can fix. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in

I would also like to know how to delete a gamertag, When I connected to xbox live for the first time, I had to register a new xbox live account and gamertag. Now that I am up and running I cannot use my Original gaming name due to the fact that it has been
taken by my previous registration. I really want to us this gaming name, but my other gamertag has accumallated xbox points. How do you delete an old account in order to release that gamertag for use in you new account?
