I cannot redeem my xbox live code

You cannot redeem the code from the Xbox live home (dashboard) to redeem the code you must select redeem code in Madden 13 itself. I believe you can go into the settings and do it, although it gave me the update to redeem the code instantaneously after I
signed in with my hard drive in the game itself.

keep in mind you cannot redeem such codes in non Xbox live regions or china or japan

I have the same problem in that I was given a two free day trial when I purchased Fifa 16 and cannot redeem the 25 character code as it comes up with "you have a gold membership already" when I know my Xbox live ran out on the 01/12/15 and today's date is
12/12/15 so I am really annoyed that I cannot redeem my code

The code cannot be redeemed due to the region differences. He lives in America and I live in the Netherlands. When redeeming the code he was unsuccessful in redeeming the code due to that error, so it should still be eligible for return as he's not got the game on his account.

I too cannot redeem my prepaid 12month gold xbox live membership card on my Xbox one, It says something went wrong after it already confirms that it's a valid card and what it is redeemable for,

I do not have any fraud or suspicious behavior and I can't redeem my code, This isn't my problem either, It's MS problem like above me said, Fix it!
