I cannot redeem any codes.

I cant redeem codes, digital or physical. The code is put in correctly, its not expired, already used, I know my account is registered in USA. It says the code is wrong and to check the directions to how to redeem it. I need to know what's wrong and need
actual help.

try to download the xbox app and then redeem the code within there because the store sometimes has bugs, i hope this helped.

Is there any chance you accidentally redeemed the code on the wrong account? This would be the only reason why the code would redeem but you cannot find it on your account afterwards.

you cannot get gold back.

ANY type of trials (48 hour/2 week/1 month/etc) are not stackable. so you redeemed a code wed-so either u had it wed/thursday or thursday/friday PLUS the free gold weekend. then now you can redeem another code and have that one.

once the code is redeemed, it's redeemed and cannot be used again.

if you didn't use it/internet was out/etc it's still cannot be used again and a refund cannot be processed.

I have the same issue it seems. I redeemed the code on xbox.com while the game was installing, but now cannot find any sign of it.
