I cannot redeem a voucher?

Well as this appears to be an Xbox issue not mine and I physically cannot complete the quests where would I stand on a £5 voucher to redeem depending on how long it takes to resolve as compensation

I think you should get a voucher with code. Then go to redeem code on your xbox and type in code that you found on voucher.
