I cannot redeem a code of Gears 5 Ultimate Edition.

Do you mean the pack for Gears 5? You won't receive a code to redeem. The skins will be part of the Ultimate Edition of that game which is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Do you see the code redeemed on your account via your
Order history if the code was applied to your account correctly you should be able to see the title here.

If you haven't already, I would recommend redeeming this code via an alternate platform such as

online, or using the
Xbox Console Companion app off your mobile device.

If this does not work, its possible this could have something to do with the
tweet the Xbox Support twitter page put out earlier, as redeemed a code requires you to have access to the Xbox Store.

How do I get the Gears 5 Ice Kait and Ice Jack skin? I pre-order and picked up the Gears 5 Limited Edition Xbox One X console, but I didn't get the DLC code with my console and game.

The Code for Gears 5 Ultimate edition and Gears of war 4 that came with the limited edition console gives you the the Ice skins

Thanks for your response. I got the the gears 5 ultimate console that comes with the game code, I redeemed it and I cant find it anywhere. I tried putting the code again and it says its redeemed.
